In March 2022, Canada announced for Ukrainian citizens the opportunity to apply for visa to Canada under the CUAET program (Canada-Ukraine Authorization for Emergency Travel). This program allows apply for visa absolutely free charge t Ukrainians and their close relatives. In addition under the CUAET program, documents can submit also foreigners who are close relatives of Ukrainians.
Who of foreigners can apply for visa to Canada:
• wife/husband (foreigner) of citizen of Ukraine;
• child (foreigner) of citizen of Ukraine.
Which documents needs before apply for for visa to Canada:
• travelling passport;
• marriage certificate;
• birth certificate of child;
• employment record book;
• travelling passport of parents.
How to apply for visa to Canada:
• online via https://ircc.canada.ca/visit-visiter/en/get-account-ircc-portal.
What is the next step after apply documents for visa:
• wait for letter on your e-mail with confirmation your application form visa and invitation for pass biometrical dates;
• after pass biometrical dates need to wait for invitation to pasting a visa in the passport.
Term of visa to Canada:
• 10 years but not more than validation of travelling passport with term of stay in Canada up to 3 years.
Can I work in Canada with CUET visa:
• yes. It will be open work which allows you work anywhere.
